All CCB Musicians: Band Music Folders!

REMINDER - Should you be unable to make a rehearsal and have a folder of music at home, please let the Band Board know and arrange to get the folder to someone or we will schedule a pickup.  Please don't leave us without a folder for rehearsals or concert.

Joining the CCB

Membership in the Community Concert Band is open without audition to all interested instrumentalists 18 years of age or older who play instruments found in the standard concert band configuration.  Membership is on a voluntary basis.  There are no fees to become a member.

High school players may participate in the summer with approval of the Community Concert Band Director.  In Fall and Spring semesters, high school players will be required to have the permissions of both the Community Concert Band Director and the student's high school instrumental director.

At your first rehearsal, be sure to meet with the director or any officer to introduce yourself and provide your contact information!

Ordering CCB Hat or Shirt

The CCB has an official embroidered blue polo shirt available for players.  Shirts are available in S, M, L, XL, or 2XL for $30 each.  We keep a limited stock on hand, but we can also special order shirts as needed.  If you want to order a shirt, please email us and specify your desired shirt size.

Players Corner

Here's the scoop on the CCB rehearsal times and location.  ALL REHEARSALS--Fall, Spring, or Summer--take place from 6:30 to 8:30 pm in the basement of the Creativity Center north of the BCPA, located at 107E. Chestnut Street in Bloomington.  Downbeat is 6:30 PM and final notes are no later 8:30 PM. The rehearsal room is open approximately a half hour prior to downbeat for set up or at 6 PM. Teardown and storage of chairs, stands, percussion, and other equipment takes a few minutes after rehearsal.
